The Ruapehu Rush

Mt Doom Discovery

Central Plateau Passage

Explore a little further with our penultimate experience. Climb over the North Islands highest volcanic peaks, before venturing North over Lake Rotoaira to the Southern end of Lake Taupo. Finish with a flight down the Waipakahi River.

At Kaimanawa Alpine Adventures, our AS350 helicopter is the perfect helicopter for scenic flights. It has comfortable seating and a great viewing area.
